Suggestions for improvement
- Slim down the middle and upper management team. You can do so much more with less in the management team if you have effective managers without needing to have so many directors and vice presidents. Reconsider the policy of writing people up for absences that are related to medical issues. You could still correct absence issues that are not related to medical issues without punishing the employee population in general. If management was more on top of employee activities, ensuring that corrective actions are written in a timely manner, with consistency throughout the organization or even within each unit so that there was no favoritism is shown there would be less issues. There does seem to be a good amount of favoritism throughout the organization which is obvious to most employees.

What I dislike about the company
Too many management personnel, the company is very top heavy. The upper management team appears to be clueless about what is needed to perform our jobs and they keep adding tasks to our daily work flow which make it more difficult to accomplish tasks that are really necessary. These additional tasks are not beneficial to the employees or our patients. It's just busy work that takes away from our being able to take care of our patients. I would recommend that upper and middle management consider seeking employee input before adding unnecessary tasks to our daily work flow. Too many audits and too much busy work take so much away from our ability to care for our patients.
