Suggestions for improvement
- Treat everyone the same with respect and increase salary pay.
What I like about the company
Has paid time off for vacation after working many years. Sick leave is accumulated. You have medical, dental & vision healthcare. Flexible spending account. Paid Vacation & Holiday's paid.
What I dislike about the company
Treat everyone the same. Upper management has all the perks (but blue collar) no benefits. If Upper Managment does 2 different jobs - they get paid. But Blue Collar that does 2+ jobs - no pay.
