Employees were commended and rewarded under old management. New management came in and killed all morale.

Since going under new management, this company sucks. Prior executive management was very supportive.

Prior management had regular quarterly all staff meetings. New management stopped the meetings and fail to communicate well with staff.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The new management came in and eliminated senior workers as quickly as they could. They appeared to not want to keep knowledgeable employees.

Overall compensation for your work
One of the best things about the company. But senior employees were terminated if they made too much money.

Working conditions set up under prior management remained in place.
Employee morale is very low and employees are pitted against each other.
Don't count on job security.
