The union and management never seemed to agree. The union was always looking for ways to sabotage production.

My supervisors were mostly professional in their duties.
In my department on second shift we knew it would be better for all of us to work together.
Biweekly meetings were informative and helpful. In the press room where I worked the employees voluntarily met with management before the shift to plan production.
