Suggestions for improvement
- I wouldn’t really change anything. It’s quite a nice place.
What I like about the company
They’ve paid for special certifications and licenses I’ve elected to take during my tenure. They’ve also encouraged employee pursuit of higher education. They’re very pro-family, eg- during Hurricane Irma, they worked with a local daycare to get free/reduced pricing daycare for families since we had an abundance of OT hours in effect in an effort to quickly assist our insureds. Having the family assistance was very helpful. The fitness facility and locker room was also open employees without water and power during the hurricane, so employees could come early and shower/get ready for their day without having to do it at home with no power/water.
