Corporate culture is nice (of course)
Support from management
They help some.
Lower level tram work is always epic. Upper management is too comfortable and over paid compared to the people who actually work their asses off. (I clocked average 25k steps per day, worked 8-12hr days and made 1/3 what my boss made doing half that.
Freedom to work independently
I got af least 12 emails a day from my boss on what to do. Can’t possibly complete everything and get overwhelmed with menial tasks
Sure. But I’ve seen amazing top of the line mananagers turned down for accounts because they were female and the client didn’t think they were the best option.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older people work at all levels
They developed my career, overworked me and under compensated and then didn’t properly train me.
Overall compensation for your work
Piss poor at every level minus corporate. Go figure.
Office / Work Environment
Most offices are in a closet without air conditioner or proper ventilation, and no the client won’t care if you’re sweating your butt off in a 110° office in business casual with 100% humidity.
Minus the toxic waste dumping?
What’s that? They don’t care if you work yourself to death.
Pathetic. Greedy. Poor service. These companies only care of their bottom line.
As long as you can drive/park
They try but alas there are always accidents and wrecks
In the worst way.
Inclusive / Diverse
Very diverse in the best of ways.
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay better so you can get better employees. Can’t hire anyone worth hiring for /hr.
What I like about the company
Some decent managers. Most people work hard. Some don’t. Tips are all over the place. Some accounts work you to the bone but have so many people that tips split are terrible.
What I dislike about the company
Corporate attitude. Lack of insight. WORST PAY IN THE INDUSTRY
