The lines of informality are blurred into vulgarity and immaturity. There is a severe lack of professionalism as well as respect and consideration.

During my shift, I bear the burden of my job alone with little to no intercession on behalf of management.
From the day I began, I was given a crash course on how to do the job. Even now, there are still some things I am unclear about. I have had to wing it.
