Upper management has unreasonable expectations. Sets goals out of reach.
Work conditions are horrible. Dangerous for all when stacking play kitchens 3 high on the top shelf.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire the district managers and above. Start fresh, the "old boys club" is running rampant and is destroying the company.

They are a private company.
I dislike about the employer
Management makes up for the hours they don't give you for employees. Most managers are pulling 60 to 70hrs every week. No time for our families, time off is regulated and sometimes refused.
