They have recently went under new management, and it was for the worst ! I believe that even though you are a manager, you should have a hands on attitude. There is improvement for both employees and employers always in every aspect. Managers should not spend hours in their office doing nothing when employees could use help.
Everyone calls off or does not show up. So many people have quit because of this.
