Most of the mid level management was easy to work with, but the senior leadership team was, with 2 exceptions, disengaged from the lower levels of the leadership team.
The overall culture of the DC was one of often open hostility and poor loyalty amongst peers.
Overall poor communication, mostly due to a lack of a sense of unity between departments and shifts.
