Support from Management
As a new ASM there was no support from store manager or others assistant manager for dealing with problem employees.
Employees would ignore work load and customers with no disciplinary actions generated.
No weekly meetings to review company goals or accomplishments of the previous week or month.
Women are hired as cashiers.. Weather or not they would be great team leaders their chances of being promoted to that position is slim to none
