- Stop all the layoffs; make employees feel safe; level load the work throughout the year to maintain a stable manpower profile; improve the very subpar communication between upper management; resolve inter-departmental conflicts.

Good Benefits and location.
I dislike about the employer
Little to no job security - 4 layoffs from Jan 2015 to May 2016. They hire and layoff multiple times per year driven by rise and fall in revenue. They hire the minimum manpower needed so expect 50-60 hr weeks for salaried employees.
Management is indifferent to the majority of the workforce, and they want yes people without an opinion. Not a safe environment, with lots of departmental infighting.
