Suggestions for improvement
- Management would be the key to improvement at this company. The managers are not well trained and want to be dictators instead of leaders and are not very receptive to new ideas. There is also a terrible training period when people start because everyone does the job differently. There is no procedure manual that says how things should actually be done.
What I like about the company
The benefits are amazing and cannot be found at most companies. Most team leaders understand family and will allow you time off for children as needed. As long as you do your job, you will not be in jeopardy of losing it.
What I dislike about the company
The company is very liberal and set in their ways. They do state that they will promote from within, but typically this is not the case. Promotions are typically given to outsiders...many times from another country as this company is World wide. They also threaten to take away benefits regularly if they are not happy with the numbers on the books.
