Support from management

Working as a CSR, I was hired as an assistant CSR yet I did all of the duties and more or a regular CSR.
It seemed the reason for the assistant title was just to pay a person less $, consider I had the experience.

There were so man supervisors that one supervisors word or decision had no effect on the production outcomes. Dates would be provided to notify customers of delivery but they were not accurate.
These inaccurate estimates made the company look unprofessional and the customers were not always satisfied.

Teamwork

In sales/ Marketing the group worked together in an almost satisfactory manner.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Hire effective managers with agile abilities and up to date people skills.

What I like about the company

The work was interesting as was end products.

What I dislike about the company

As a large company, the organization was lacking and there was no group spirit.
