The management cares more about call scoring and metrics than anything else. If you don't keep a perfect score you're out. However there are decent benefits. I wasted 5 years of my life there. I'm at a much better company now.
Support from management
Basically down to desk drops, Management turnover is very high.
Geared more toward younger workers they can move to other departments out of the call center.

Pay is very low except for high level management. Starting pay is below average.
