Suggestions for improvement
- Specific to the Call Centers, I would bring entry level Customer Service Reps in at a higher rate of pay.
What I like about the company
Truly care for the development of their employees. Offer onsite and offsite training based on career goals. They were among the first companies to offer partner benefits.
What I dislike about the company
Sometimes expect employees to work overtime on very short notice. Given the specific expertise required to do Customer Service in their call centers, the starting pay is low.
