Suggestions for improvement
- Look at pay scale around the area and increase salaries to average for title (for example as a manager I barely make the minimum for my title), better communications, keep the people who are working and doing well and incentivize them to stay, get rid of those who aren't.
I like about the employer
Flexibility, good work life balance, support from direct managers
I dislike about the employer
executive management a little out of touch, communication between upper management and rank and file not great, compensation pretty low for the area and jobs
