Suggestions for improvement

  • Fire the senior management, and regional manager and start a new.

What I like about the company

Absolutely nothing. There are NO break rooms, you have to pay for your own parking, which is expensive!!

What I dislike about the company

The senior management is ran by women who are on a power trip, and "Regional managers" should be mandated to take a leadership class. Aside from not being able to manage a team, you will be discriminated against. I've never experienced a more stress induced employer in my 20 years in the industry. If question /rub a so-called manager the wrong way, be prepared for constant harassment.
