Suggestions for improvement
- The standards for the call center are entirely too micro-managed and tend to make the interaction with our clients sound generic. Also, the grading system for call center employees needs to be more standardized.
What I like about the company
Management was always willing to work with employees on an individual basis, including attendance and scheduling issues.
What I dislike about the company
Customer Service dept is held to very high standards, but the rest of the departments are not. As a result, the customer facing side can often suffer low scores due to processing, sales, or other departments not completing their tasks on time.
