Suggestions for improvement
- Long-term plans mean more than one year. You cannot expect any consistency from your middle managers (who happen to be very talented) if they don't know who they will be reporting to, and what will be expected from them over the long haul.
I like about the employer
Several employee outings; very fair pay; relatively laid-back atmosphere
I dislike about the employer
It appears upper management's most pressing priority is reconfiguring organization charts. There doesn't seem to be a long-term plan in place.
