If you do not speak Spanish, you are an outsider. Management will talk about you in a meeting with you sitting there.
Support from management
Management goes so far as to read your emails with out telling the employee. They want to find someone to blame. That is their "root cause analysis.
Team is a four letter word.
Freedom to work independently
Their way only. If your try to discuss, you are labeled argumentative.
Management acts like you are transparent with employee but this is far from the truth.
They do hire women
Attitude towards older colleagues
Since the turn over is high, they do have a lot of younger employees
Overall compensation for your work
Salary employees that work too many hours but have no compensation.
Office / Work Environment
The office is oil and out of date. The cram too many people in small offices. No privacy, too noisy.
Some employee are every friendly and try to get along with each other. It truly is a management issue at this company. But even if you are hired to help change things. It will not happen.
I was a salary employee for a big rework project. For 2 1/2 months I worked nights and weekend. When I asked for 2 days out, when the project was done, I was told if I could the 2 days with out pay, I would be fired.
64 % turn over says a lot
Joke. OSHA should shut this place down.
The company is a challenging. Most just want out

- Get rid of the upper management and hire people that really know how to manage
What I like about the company
Three people I worked with I stayed 6 months to try to find a way to make it better for them.
What I dislike about the company
Management was and is a joke.
