Support from management
Any way to squeeze a dollar was utilized from editing waybills, charging for services not provided, and if possible, paying below industry standard. The only motivation from the management "team" is making money. Not fostering growth within the company.

Beware of being tasked with duties outside your job description without compensation.
If you don't life and breath this job, you're viewed as second class. Expect to be treated as an on call employee.
No former employees of this company look back at it with fondness
As long as you don't question business practices or legality you should be okay.
It's an office. You're fine as long as you don't venture to the warehouse while the president is on a forklift.
It was only challenging in that ethics were compromised routinely. Keeping quiet is a challenge.

Pay checks never bounced.

Small business run as a dictator ship. Subject to the owners mood swings. Just keep your head down and question nothing.
