Support from management
Basically deal with it on your own. But once things don't go well you'll be held responsible after you tried to communicate the issues.
Very little help since everyone is concerned with themselves. If you ask questions you will be treated like you're incompetent.
Things change due to sales promising the impossible and not letting anyone know what the changes are. You will be held accountable for any mistakes though.
If you're an ex military male you'll be fine. Otherwise you're deemed incompetent.
Overall compensation for your work
Raises are less than the rise in healthcare costs each year. When you're looking at 20-30 cents for your yearly raise there's not much to look forward to.
Office / Work Environment
Constant drama. Like a dysfunctional family type atmosphere
Lots of favoritism. Hostile work environment from being cussed out and yelled at to having things slammed around. Sometimes not directed at you personally, but you're still stuck working right next to it. Reporting it doesn't do any good and actually gets you sent to the office for "going over their heads".
Suggestions for improvement
- Get and actual time station to monitor hours.
What I like about the company
Always knew what to expect. Even if it was walking into an argument between other coworkers
What I dislike about the company
Favoritism, hostile work environment, time theft, harassment, and extremely low pay rate and raises
