Suggestions for improvement
- Should pay your MTs more money, make sure there is adequate work for your MTs, listen to the MTs when concerns or issues arise. Management should also reach out and communicate about what is happening with the company as opposed to looking at us as "productive robots with no life."
What I like about the company
When the company was just Transcend, Inc., it was very good. There was good rapport with the supervisor and even though one works from home, you did not feel alone. Everyone pulled together as a team and supervisor gave commendations when needed. Very flexible schedule and work, for the most part, was there.
