Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize employees who do a great job and hire supervisors in the same line of work.
Some days it's an ok atmosphere other days it's a toxic environment. If you start in the call center and move on to a different area, you will be judged and riduculed by the call center manager.
Management themselves don't communicate and they don't hold their supervisors or leads accountable. The supervisors do as they wish, IE taking more than the allotted 30 minute lunches, not assisting with phone calls or taking escalations, leaving you hanging. They believe they are the exception to the rules. Hard for them not to when the managers think and act the same way.
Not a positive working environment.
Management will support your decisions to move up in the company.
Try to promote teamwork, but never follow up with it.
Never know when employees are fired/hired. Not clear as to what your job is.
About 65% women and 35% men.
Very respectful toward older colleagues.
