Beware management talks the talk but has never actually walked the walk.
Company just try's to sell you on family importance but only really mean for the upper management
Suggestions for improvement
- Cut out the quarterly bonuses for office management and give it to the drivers that really earn it.
- Advise management to be truthful to new drivers. Management gets a bonus to meet driver quota but the drivers being hired to fill those quotas are simply trying to make an honest living for they're families but can't because management doesnt have enough work to go aroound.

No actual behind the wheel experience but the read the books and watch the videos to gain some knowledge of w the industry.
