Suggestions for improvement
- There is a need to upkeep morale, perhaps more management classes for managers and supervisors on how to interact better with officers. Fair treatment for all employees and less nepotism.
What I like about the company
I met a lot of good people there, I loved the ability to transfer to different locations, and because its a government job I was exposed to many of other job opportunities.
What I dislike about the company
The stress management puts on the officers is unfortunate. The job isn't difficult, but there is a high turnover rate that shows the discontent of their employees. There is a shortage of people because of this but management still expects their employees to perform at impractical rates.
