Suggestions for improvement
- Grow a spine.
Dysfunctional and irredeemable.
I had full support from management, especially the directors I worked with at different times.
I enjoyed excellent team work with my colleagues in the local office and from others throughout the enterprise.
I was trusted to work independently. I was given freedom to make decisions and follow through on my decisions as long as I had approval from my boss.
