What I like

There is room for growth. The customers are great and tips are good when it's busy.

What I dislike

The management lacks training. They are unhelpful and rely on their employees to do their work for them. Employees have to handle customer complaints and concerns when the management should be the ones handling it. Managers are rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Servers are paid minimum wage, yet required to pay 5% of their sales to the chefs who make ~$18 an hour. Servers are very undervalued in the company as a whole.

Suggestions for improvement

Servers should be more valued and treated better. Favoritism is a serious issue and needs to be addressed. Management needs more training and needs to be willing to work instead of being lazy. The environment needs to be more professional.
