Company is very one sided, don't expect them to do anything for you despite how great (or poor) of a worker you are.
Support from Management
Poor General Manager! ! Can NOT depend on him to do anything or stick up for you when there is a problem, even if you are a responsible, reliable, competent employee.
Most of fellow employees are just out for themselves!
Level of Autonomy
Workloads get pushe'd off on the few employees who feel a sense of "duty" , and who actually come to work to do work!
