no fairness and trust at all.

no team work and will turn on you.

no made to do others work so they can do whatever they want
never know what is happening.

no pay raise in over 6 years. paid time off taken away.
Office / Work Environment
computer system needs updated. geo codes out dateded
12 hour shifts for most. only certain people can take vacation time when ever they want.
often have to over assign drivers to cover run volume.

- make everyone responsible for their own work. more team work less back stabbing
What I like about the company
it could be a great place to work, rules applied equally and fair to all. get rid of 12 hour shifts.
What I dislike about the company
the way we are treated like low life employees, working with the vp's wife, we have no one to go to when she is wrong.
