Suggestions for improvement
- Trelleborg Group executives should talk to the employees and ex-employees to find out what's really going on in TMSDK. The truth can't be hiden by removing some Glassdoor reviews. Trelleborg reputation will be harmed sooner or later by tolerating this kind of management.
What I like about the company
Things were all good before the current management. Colleagues are supportive to each other. The pay is ok, but not great. No benefits.
What I dislike about the company
The managemen is a joke. The MD can't answer a single question without asking the CFO. They fire much faster than hiring. 4 of 20 employees went down because of work-related stress or depression. They refused to make any changes, even a small change in office setting, to help those employees. They terminated contract with 3 of those people instead. They replaced a well performing Sales Department at year end 2017, then Aftersales in 2018. They show no respect to the Danish Labour Law.
