Suggestions for improvement
- install a huge HVAC throughout the factory
- Supervisors need to work as operators to understand our difficulties better.
Zero career development path. Structured like a PE with smaller independent operating units, Trelleborg does a very poor job of talent management. in 7 years, I had 3 different versions of talent management systems which dd a great job of identifying top talent. Trelleborg just has no idea what to do with people once identified.
Leadership from Sweden was imaginary. Local leadership since my exit rules by fear and intimidation. The next generation of high performers has subsequently left the business.
