There is no trust per se. How well you do depends upon how much the management likes you, not how hard you work. There is or was a holiday party and lunches in December. That was really neat and felt very nice for the management to do that.
Support from Management
Employees are hired young and inexperienced. management is not looking for the thinking to be done by anyone but themselves. In a conflict situation what I have experienced is the management has Placed cameras and microphones around office to listen in on employees conversation.then later threatens disciplinary action for these conversations. Management also seeks out and relies on gossip to make decisions. Management seems. Very paranoid of employees.
