My team members were excellent.
The Human Resource/Accounting individual is very cold and made work life feel like a prison. Does not value their employees and made them use their PTO for sick days.
Suggestions for improvement
- Value the employees- espcially the Support staff who are the lifeline of the comapny. Instead of looking at things to nitpick the staff on, such as: being 2 minutes late, wearing a dress to mid-thighs, etc , Paradym needs to worry about the cancelations of Brokers/Agents "memberships" and making sure the product is efficant. The Support staff has to take all of the heat becuase the Dev team can't get the product to be efficant.
