Support from management
The supervisor's are non-caring, disrespectful and unprofessional with the employees, and there behavior is tolerated by upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire professional manager's, supervisor's and require them to lead by example. They should be required to take "Workplace Harassment" and "Diversity" classes, before allowing them to "manage" a staff.

What I dislike about the company
The supervisor's perpetuate a culture of bullying and have a gang-like mentality. Most of the supervisor's gossip about other employee's to the employees co-workers. None of the work environment health problem's were ever resolved. I was harassed and bullied by a cadre of young people and their resolution was to promote them, give them a raise but never address the harassment issue.
I don't like that I was required to train new hire's without any other compensation. I don't like that I was kept as a line employee while the cadre of bullies were promoted and daily rewarded for bad behavior. They created a very, very negative work environment for everyone.
