What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
This dealership is a revolving door of employees. Underpaying technicians, old/outdated shop equipment, zero organization of just about everything, the same technicians are always feed the easy money work while everyone else struggles to make the minimum amount of hours. The service writers have zero organization of incoming customers and appointments. They'll have you do a bunch of bogus work that you will not get paid for. You can forget about asking for a raise, the service manager from toyota said to one of the employees that "I don't fix people, I replace them". Why was he at Lexus you may ask? Well he would always have to come over to lexus and supposedly "help out" because they can hold a service manager or service writers for more than a couple months because of how bad it is there.
