There is a lot of favoritism at this dealership.
Service manager had something against woman and harassed me as a worker. There were a lot of comments that there were too many woman working here from various employees. It's not the right place to work unless you are the boss's daughter.
Office / Work Environment
Computers are slow, customers became very agitated due to the computers.. Had to apologize several times that the software had issues.
There is no "job security" here. I was an awesome employee and was hired being told I was to be making a certain amount and than I was moved to another dealership with a huge paycut and another 3 month probation period and Forced to sign it. I was fired without a reason 2 months later. Again I went in did my job right and had no complaints, i had nothing but letters that were sent in complimenting me for my good work. Within that time frame harassed by service manager. That is why I don't recommend working for this place.
Not follow OSHA, they took the cheap way and made the mechanics paint the floors, the floors are slick and plenty of people have fallen.
Suggestions for improvement
- Do not fire a good employee, A manger should not pick on their employees ( grow up), once a promise is made and papers are signed at hire do not make changes to them ( that has never happened to me at any job).
What I like about the company
The pay was decent..
What I dislike about the company
Service manager did a lot of harassment and picking, there's plenty of favoritism, several excellent employees were fired for no reason at all, mechanics were made to clean floors and paint floors instead of work on customers cars, promises were changed at hire.
