No trust or fairness. Supervisors even went as far as calling meetings to threaten the group over problems, even when they knew who was repeatedly making mistakes.
Support from management
Supervisor caused more problems then they solved. The company as a whole plays the "blame game" instead of resolution. And the benefits continue to shrink. They cater to young "problem" males. Not a good work place for people with families or women.
Freedom to work independently
This company is the epitome of the saying, "20% of the employees do 80% of the work...
Definitely a disadvantage to be a woman. Never the same opportunities.
Overall compensation for your work
Promised raises were always months late, if at all. Pay check issues such as, late, incorrect hours and withholdins regularly.
Never knew if you would have job day by day. I was told I had a job as long as I wanted or needed and 1 year later was laid off.
No OSHA. They would never pass.
What I like about the company
I liked the original owners and many of my co-workers.
