More stability within the agency would be most beneficial to the individuals we serve.
Suggestions for improvement
- More support is needed to the managers on a consistent basis which would ensure that deadlines would be met. Also, that there be reasonable expectations regarding the work load.
What I like about the company
The people who work for the agency are very caring individuals and the work we do is valued by the families we support. Most of the employees have been with the agency for many years, 5+.
What I dislike about the company
The turnover is too much at times and upper management needs to be more stable. Also, raises need to be given more. At least yearly.
