Suggestions for improvement
- Make ALL managers of THA, take yearly training. They should be evaluated by the staff they manage and if things aren't right trust that the manager will have a meeting with their supervisor to discuss.
- Give more incentives, involve the staff at all levels. Have meetings that are useful to employees. Employees should be able to speak their minds without worrying about being written up, hours changing or sent to work at other offices because you spoke your mind.
What I like about the company
There are many ups and downs and sad to say more downs then ups.
