Leadership is highly dysfunctional.
Suggestions for improvement
- Turn the music down. Shake up the personnel and cut the malingerers. It's a little too "Junior High School" for my taste.

Flexible hours. Decent remuneration.

The general air of dysfunction. Loud music played all day.
