He could care less about your well being

Support from management

While he expects you to know everything, when you are a new employee, the learning curve is very hard,

Teamwork

There is an inbound and outbound and senior management. Teamwork is non-existent,

If you do your job, he will leave you alone, unless it is not the way he likes it.

Overall compensation for your work

I was well compensated but never given a raise during the 2 years I was there.

Office / Work Environment

Inbound and outbound do not communicate with each other and the owner is very secretive in what he shares with all departments.

Environmental Friendliness

Out owner is not the most friendliest person in the world and takes an excessive amount of time off while criticizes employees for taking time off.

Work-Life Balance

When he calls you, he expects you to drop everything and do it, including weekends,

Company Image

This company has had its fair share of BBB and CFDA complaints and in addition to many lawsuits filed by consumers.

Job Security

The COO was responsible for firing and he did not hesitate to do so. When I was "laid off due to reorganization," the CEO was the one who told me.

Handicapped Accessibility

Our office has many stares and can accommodate a handicapped person. There is no elevator available for their use.

Challenging Work

When I began to work there, I was very challenged,but after I learned my job, some of it became rather mundane.

Inclusive / Diverse

Women are treated on a lower scale then the men. I was let go because he brought in a man who apparently knew way more then me and was a CPA

Suggestions for improvement

  • The owner needs to learn to spend more time in the office and speak the truth and quite talking out of both sides of his mouth. He can take vacations whenever he pleases but employees are strictly monitored and encouraged not to take vacations until after they have been there more than 3 years

What I like about the company

Very Casual dress code and some of the people are very nice, just not the owner.

What I dislike about the company

The owner says one thing and then turns around and does something else. No benefits.
