They’re very understanding of family values and self-care.
People typically start and stay on well over 5 years.

What I dislike about the company

Expensive benefits.
Location is pretty far out.
No accountability for some people’s actions throughout the organization.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I feel, once management is replaced by new owners the entire morale of the company and it's hourly employees will benefit positively. I feel, with such a high profit margin on product it could be a nicer place to work if management ever acquires worker appreciation instead of degradation and dread.

What I like about the company

Long standing business for many years and company makes great profit for itself. Work with many different people as turnover is one of the highest I personally have been employed with. Very heavy doors to be hear slamming often. I rather enjoy hearing top management gossip about the hard working employees under their complete control.

What I dislike about the company

With new ownership and many audits throughout this company I will enjoy seeing top management and their top salaries being disbursed to the new management team when they enter their newly acquired profitable business and take the reins of leadership.
