Supervisors are always treated as they are doing sonething wrong and not supported by the superintendent.
Support from management
Upper managment doesnt stand behind, nor do they trust field personnel. Main concern is NOT on saving the company money, their main concern is working shadey deals and padding their own pocket books.
Engineering staff is great to work for and are always looking for ways to optimize production, work hands on with field personnel.
Freedom to work independently
Micromanaged, decissions are based on the buddy system, not qaulity if work.
Supervisors are not given useful preformance reviews.
Production supervisors are not mentored by superintendent. No development plan, just constent treats of lossing your job.
Overall compensation for your work
Insurance is great.
Bonuses: not destributed down fairly from upoer management. Kast bonus was a 1/4 of what I recived from prior company.
HS&E department is outstanding.
Production department employees are too afraid of lossing their job.
Outstanding safety program.
Always micromanaged and second guessed.
