there is aerratic culture that is contrlling the management techniques being applied they have not evolved to new and better management techniques
Support from management
The worst experience, suggestions never taken and when reality hits no recognition to who took action. the leaders never learned to be followers. they took advantage of other ideas while teling them were junk at the time presented, very disrespectfull and hostile environment.
even with the inconvenients of not having the right direction the team was able to get things done due to a team work effort
Freedom to work independently
no space for free thinkinking and developing good ideas. working under oppression most of the time.
i get the results that I wanted I worked with clients directly they provided me with great feed back, which was my satisfaction at the end of the day even if it was not recognized by my employer
you want to find inequality, here you will find a perfect example of discriminatory practices unattended.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was a witness of various unjustified job termination to colleagues no action taken by HR department under the knowledge that something was happening that was not correct.
never trained for the position learned on the way. at least on the department I worked In other departments things are not like but unlucky for me have to deal with this..
Overall compensation for your work
It was Ok but the worst payed on the market. after looking at the hour worked I was earning less that Min. Wage. around $4.75 per Hour
Office / Work Environment
not adequate for the level of concentration the job requires
no consideration exempt for them means 8am to 10pm or more no consideration at all expecte you next day 8am even if you work late the night before. Do not consider the risk of not resting properly on a job that requires driving distances. I was working for 2 years without my company insurance policy active. with out notice they found about when i Was going to resing that i was not cover....
The Image of this company is sold as a open door and great image behind the doors no confidentiality by the HR. I make various claims that were leaked to the the people involved.
I was constantly reminded and pressured by direct messages and a constantly harassed about loosing the job.

What I like about the company
I like Working with my colleagues. there is great people and Is Good company only that the department I was working Is being out of track out of track for some reason they haven't done anything about it.
What I dislike about the company
HR department need help, Employees are not recognized and compensated as they should.
