- Tripp Enterprises, Inc.07.Dec 2015
Management rarely commends employees and shows a lack of trust.
Support from management
Management does not do a good job resolving instances of employee dissatisfaction.
Non-management employees work very well together.
Employees are informed of major failures more often than successes.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Most employees have been there a long time, but they are treated as if they are lucky to still be employed, making them nervous to look elsewhere.
Any training beyond the bare minimum required is nearly non-existent and viewed as a burden.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are okay and salaries are paid on time, but salaries are way below standard levels for skilled positions.
Office / Work Environment
Computers and other equipment are extremely out of date.
Time required for family or anything is viewed as a huge inconvenience. Even salaried employees are constantly reminded to make up lost time, even if they already have over 100% attendance.
Employees are extremely dissatisfied, but most stick around for some reason.
Layoffs have happened regularly, but there are usually no backups so jobs are fairly secure
It is a very safe workplace
Any pride taken in your work is short lived as there is rarely praise from management.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse and new opinions are difficult to promote and are rarely given management support.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees as valuable people and they will show the same respect.
What I like about the company

What I dislike about the company
