Support from Management
Having 17 bosses in less than 3 years is alot.
When they come on board they are overzealous, they think they can make it happen and soon learn enough is never good enough.Constantly crunching numbers.You can't learn respect of the company.wish they had better trickle down effect from higher management
Suggestions for improvement
- Pay us what we are worth for what we do we should be.paid minimum plus commission. Have better trickle down effect management so the turn over for bosses and employees is better.No real team work as you never have a boss for very long. UNDERPAID OVER WORK
