Suggestions for improvement

  • Invest in new software programs to help expedite the jobs at hand. Too much time was spent doing things the old fashion way. Don't let your president pay for their kids wedding showers and personal 4th of July and Labor day parties on the companies dime. Don't have these meetings and blatantly lie to the employees like they are too stupid to realize your bs.

What I like about the company

Generous amounts of time off.

What I dislike about the company

All our work was focused around the Aerospace Industry. With a full machine shop and engineering services they would of been looking for more work. Machines would go days with out running. Upper management did not care to much about what the floor worker had to say. The amount that the President, Sales, and Management would spend on corporate cards was disgusting.
