Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of having employees do the interviews, it should be the owners/people that run the office. Also they should evaluate employees and compensate them well.
I like about the employer
They are flexible and understanding of your needs when you communicate w/ them.
I dislike about the employer
There is too much negativity and drama, this is mostly from the employees when they bring their personal life into work or talk about other people. When they don't like a particular colleague then they set them up to either leave (making working conditions intolerable) or to get fired.
